Fitness Bucket List

I saw this idea in Fitness magazine, and it got me thinking about my own list. A list where my poor strength and weight weren't issues. I want to complete these by the time I turn 35. Gosh. I can't believe I'm already 27. I swear, I was 21 yesterday. Where did my life go? Anyway, the list is also a motivational factor for me to actually do things I want to do.


  1. Learn archery and do it monthly if not more.
  2. Backpack some of the Appalachian Trail.
  3. Do Krav Maga bi-monthly if not more.
  4. Be on a row team.
  5. Run a 5K.
  6. Cross the monkey bars.
  7. Climb over a wall/fence.
  8. Be goal weight (160 lbs).
  9. Go surfing.
